The GIM consultation service is open 24/7 – 365 at the CISSSAT. If you have a critical issue or need help with a hospitalized patient contact the nearest hospital and request to speak to the internist or appropriate sub-specialist on call. 

Outpatient consultations can be submitted via le CRDS.
